Franchising
5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. smile! Click. As soon as the flash fades, people crammed in front of the camera methodically become chaotic switching places. Some grabbing a new set of party props and awaiting the second shot. Smiles and stances frozen.. click. "Last shot!", the screenshot shows. More pandemonium ensues. Click. Exit time and another group of guests, amused and giggling, get ready for their turn of the next photo shoot session.
Typical scene these days. Be it a wedding, debut, kiddie party, school or corporate event, chances are a photo booth somewhere in the corner is keeping the guests busy basking the moment.
The excitement brought by this simple innovation easily brings the entrepreneurship out of most people. This phenomenon has perhaps resulted to many venturing into the photo booth business lately.
Late in 2009, a friend invited me to a party where my family tried a photo booth. I was impressed by the fact that several gadgets when interconnected to each other produce such fun activity for guests in an event. The idea absolutely adds bonus to occasions and guarantees erasure of boredom from the usual set-up.
Having some exposure to photography, starting up a photo booth business didn't escape me. Although I was able to put everything together from equipment and software to my first test print in a month, I felt it was not enough. There were no legitimate photo booth companies that offer franchising that time. I had to ask for help from a friend(with fee of course) to build confidence to make my first event possible.
Starting any business on your own isn't easy. Statistics show at least 4 out of 5 fail in the first 2 years. The opposite happens with franchising where success rate is high. Why?
Let's start with the photo booth itself. The set-up isn't as simple as just having a camera, printer, and a PC. There are almost a hundred other things you need to complete one. To name a few: several cables, soft box, flash, stand, hotshoe, presentable casing, props, contracts, samples, flyers, uniforms, etc.. and we are just talking about the equipment and peripherals.
You need a system to operate, training for yourself and staff, software support, technical support, marketing advise and support, networks with other businesses or companies, website and linkage, events to show people, branding, legal documents, government permits, innovations, etc, etc.
The impression with franchising is that it is costly. But smart people think about "value not the cost". "The risk of failure far outweighs the investment you put on franchising" as franchising is a shortcut to experimentations and failures. The time, effort, and money you waste is better spent on recouping your investment. A franchise allows you to start immediately and makes sure you are in the right footing.
Partyshots Photobooth Franchise was developed by an international company(Chicago based) with office here in the Philippines, the franchising leader FRANCORP. Being the first and only photo booth company to undergo such process is a proof that we have passed through research, viability studies, and system development by experts to become a legitimate and professional photo booth franchising company.
To make sure that our company conducts business according to moral, ethical and legal standard of franchising, we are also the first and only photo booth company member of the prestigious Philippine Franchise Association (PFA).
Partyshots Photobooth has now 7 units in Metro Manila and 5 nationwide, barely a year from officially launching its franchising at Franchise Asia 2012. 5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. franchise us now! Call +632 3411886
